Paladon Development Group Ltd. was established in 2006 in Vancouver, British Columbia to provide owner representation services to developers. Paladon’s staff has the knowledge and experience to effectively manage the development and construction processes, with the goal of providing service “beyond expectation.”

We will act as an extension of the Client and solely represent the Client’s interests independent of the design professionals, vendors, and contractors.
